Lesson 11: How Family and Friends Can Help

An important theme throughout this workshop has been this simple message: preventing falls is easier to do through teamwork than all by yourself.

That may seem obvious. But for too many seniors and families, it doesn't become clear until after a serious fall happens.

We've already touched on many ways family and friends can help. Let's put these opportunities in some sort of order.
